As the owners of Woodland Mirth Holiday Retreat rather than a booking agency, we do not charge an additional booking fee and are able to offer slightly reduced rates when you book your holiday directly through our email address. Passing savings from direct booking on to our valued customers is important to us.

  • 50% deposit due upon confirmation of booking. Balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
  • $590 a night for the private use of Woodland Mirth, (linen and cleaning included)
  • 2 night minimum stay - longer minimum stays for public holidays
  • Cancellation policy -  Cancellations earlier than four weeks prior to arrival - Full refund less 20% cancellation fee of the total. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded only if we are able to refill all the period booked, 20% fee of the total then applies. No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.

10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more 

  • Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. We appreciate you making sure you have vacated by 10am so we can prepare Woodland Mirth for our next guests.

  • Quality bed linen and towels are provided, guests will need to provide their own towels for outside and beach use

  • Guest toiletries provided

  • Your dog is welcome to stay in the fenced area provided in the yard

  • Firewood is provided during your stay

Once you have confirmed availability of your dates via email, we will send you a PayPal invoice for secure payment of your deposit and balance.
